Level99 Server Position

Level99 is a sprawling playground designed for adults with over 50 life-sized mini-games where Players dodge axes, crack puzzles, and outsmart real-world challenges. Each game lasts about 14 minutes and is built for 26 people to play together. One ticket to Level99 unlocks access to all of our games including Challenge Rooms, Player-vs-Player duels, and an art scavenger hunt. We save your progress each time you play so you can earn rewards and climb our coveted leaderboard.

Alongside the games, Level99 offers a full-service bar and award-winning restaurant featuring scratch-cooking, local craft beers, handmade cocktails, and a variety of event spaces. Level99 has locations in Natick, MA, Providence, RI, Tysons, VA, Disney Springs, FL, and is opening in West Hartford, CT, Paramus, NJ, Philadelphia, PA, and Raleigh, NC. Responsibilities

The duties & responsibilities below are for servers but our success is entirely predicated on everyone supporting one another - Server & Bar, Front & Back of House.

• Make guests feel appreciated and welcome through your actions.
• Always seek meaningful connection with guests and cultivate regulars.
• Have a good time and serve guests with a genuinely positive attitude.
• Convey passion and knowledge for our beer and entertainment as part of the hospitality experience. Always be humble, recognizing mastery of beer is a life's work.
• Convey enthusiasm for our food menu. Maintain proper knowledge of the menu and food allergies within dishes. Show interest in the Level99 experience.
• Approach guests with empathy and create a welcoming but not overbearing table presence.
• Be present and attentive by recognizing visual cues of guests' needs before they realize what they need.
• Work as a team at all times, inside and out of service, always looking to support one another and prioritize on behalf of the guest.
• Be proactive about keeping the server stations stocked and your section clean and clear.
• Review daily tasks checklist to have the floor clean and ready for service.
• Run food, bus tables and contribute to beer hall experience.
• Uphold the expectation of "Full hands in. Full hands out."
• Accurately process transactions using the POS system including guest payments and order tracking to ensure proper inventory.
• Understand and follow the steps of service.
• Be punctual and show up to work on time and ready to work.
• Check identification of guests to verify they are of legal drinking age.
• Embracing change and desire to grow with Night Shift Brewing.
• Transparency between team members and management
• Comply with all health, safety and hygiene standards and policies.
• Perform all other duties needed and requested

MUST-HAVE SKILLS

• Ability to work a flexible schedule based on business needs which will include days, nights, weekends and holidays as well as emergency responsiveness as required. Weekend availability is a MUST.
• Able to work ten hour-plus shifts, plus ability to stand, sit, squat or walk for extended periods of time, walk up and down stairs
• Able to grasp, reach overhead, push, lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast paced, ever changing work environment
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of health and sanitation code and policies
• Organized with strong attention to detail
• High integrity and professionalism
• A positive, joyful, upbeat and energetic attitude leading by example
• Must be 18 years old or older, the legal age to serve and/or bartend

While we don't expect a candidate to have deep experience in all of the above, we're looking for someone with the passion and capability to learn quickly in the areas that are new!
