With our staff of 60+ CPAs, consultants, and support professionals, we provide a friendly, collegial atmosphere that encourages you to utilize your skills and talents to achieve your individual goals and your greatest career potential.**As an Accounting Services Manager with our firm, you will:*** Have direct client contact* Work on a variety of clients spanning multiple industries* Provide accounting services, including compilations and reviews* Provide tax services, including federal, multi-state, and local returns* Develop your technical skills in a variety of disciplines, including tax and advisory services* Participate in the client business and tax planning process* Be responsible for executing and planning client engagements* Delegate work to staff and review their work* Train and supervise staff* Receive ongoing continuing education opportunities aimed at sharpening your technical skills, as well as internal training sessions designed to help you develop a personal network of business contacts, meet with prospective clients, and cultivate referrals* Contribute to the growth and success of the firm by providing exceptional client service* Be valued as an integral part of our team## Qualifications**You’re qualified for the Accounting Services Manager position if you**:* Have your CPA license* Possess 7+ years of current public accounting experience* Have experience with accounting and tax software such as CCH Engagement and CCH Axcess, the Microsoft Office Suite and Adobe (note we work in a paperless environment)* Demonstrate initiative, creativity and imagination in your approach to work* Exhibit time management and organizational skills* Demonstrate a good working knowledge of client businesses* Are a team player, establishing good working relationships with all co-workers* Possess good interpersonal and communication skills – both written and verbal* Demonstrate a commitment to exceptional client service and individual growth**What we offer in addition to a culture of respect:*** Health and dental benefits* 401(k) matching and profit sharing* Competitive salary* Generous paid time off* Reduced summer work hours* Flexible working environment* No overnight travel* An emphasis on teamwork and work/life balance* Continuing Professional EducationInterested in joining our team?
