As a Tax Analyst Team Lead, you'll develop a team of analysts while overseeing the reporting and tools that support Uline's Tax operations. Backed by 45+ years of success, Uline offers opportunities to grow your career with stability you can count on.Position Responsibilities Lead and develop a team of analysts, responsible for analyzing tax data to identify trends, improve reporting and deliver insights that drive informed business decisions.Coach and mentor team members through regular feedback, guidance and support.Review team reporting and analyses to ensure quality, accuracy and data integrity.Monitor workflow and team performance to keep projects on track and meet deadlines.Partner with department management to implement process improvements that enhance efficiency and reporting.Minimum RequirementsBachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.2+ years of analyst experience. Previous supervisory experience preferred.Proficient in SQL and Excel.
