Director of Rehab - Full Time

Jackson Therapy Partners is seeking an experienced Rehab Director for a full-time role with an area client where you'll recruit and train staff, develop therapy strategies, evaluate patient care, and coordinate rehabilitation services.
Minimum Requirements
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program.
- Active FL state PT license required to start.
- Supervisory experience or demonstrated leadership potential. Candidate will supervise 4-6 therapists.
- Experience or interest in outpatient orthopedics and aquatic therapy preferred.
- Willingness to perform limited administrative duties and support a growing clinic environment.
