Customer Service Representative - Sales Support / Order Management

Location: Hunt Valley, MD (100% Onsite)

Pay: Up to $23/hour

Duration: 6-8 Week Contract Assignment (Potential Extension)

Start Date: July 27, 2026

About the Opportunity

Our client is seeking several Customer Service Representatives to support a company-wide NetSuite ERP system conversion. This is an excellent opportunity for professionals with customer service, sales support, order management, or ERP/CRM experience who enjoy solving customer issues, processing transactions, and working in a fast-paced environment.

During this critical business transition, you will help support customers, process orders, manage CRM cases, and resolve transaction-related issues while ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage customer inquiries through phone, email, and web chat
• Process sales orders and customer transactions within ERP systems
• Review and resolve order exceptions, discrepancies, and transaction errors
• Monitor CRM ticket queues and manage case assignments
• Route and escalate customer requests to the appropriate departments
• Research and resolve pricing, inventory, shipping, and credit-related issues
• Maintain accurate customer and order information during system conversion activities
• Follow established procedures and service-level expectations
• Provide timely updates to customers regarding order status and issue resolution
• Support high-volume customer and order processing activities

Qualifications

Required Experience

• Previous customer service, sales support, order management, or customer operations experience
• Experience working with ERP or CRM platforms such as NetSuite, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, or similar systems
• Experience processing customer orders, transactions, or service requests
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Preferred Experience

• NetSuite experience
• ERP implementation or system migration experience
• E-commerce order processing experience
• Experience managing customer service ticket queues
• Case routing and escalation experience
