Job Summary

We are seeking a dependable Maintenance Worker / Janitorial Associate to support facility cleanliness and housekeeping operations within a Distribution Center environment. This role is responsible for maintaining clean, safe, and organized workspaces including warehouse areas, offices, restrooms, breakrooms, and common areas.

The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, safety-conscious, and able to work independently while completing routine cleaning and facility maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities

• Perform daily janitorial and housekeeping duties throughout the Distribution Center.
• Maintain cleanliness of:
• • Restrooms
  • Breakrooms
  • Offices
  • Warehouse areas
  • Common spaces
• Complete routine internal and external facility cleaning activities.
• Remove trash and waste from receptacles throughout the facility.
• Collect and properly dispose of trash from company property.
• Clean and sanitize totes and facility equipment as required.
• Maintain warehouse floors by applying approved cleaners and sealers.
• Support weekly warehouse floor scrubbing and maintenance programs.
• Ensure work areas remain clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Follow all company policies, procedures, and workplace safety guidelines.
• Perform additional facility maintenance and cleaning duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications

• Ability to read and understand English instructions and safety procedures.
• Previous janitorial, housekeeping, custodial, or facility maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Ability to follow detailed instructions and complete assigned tasks accurately.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining a clean environment.
