Night Auditor

The Night Auditor is responsible for being the first point of contact as well as the first impression with guests, handling all stages of a guest’s stay, which can include multitasking, and performing the following duties in a manner that reflects our property’s vision, mission, and core values. Perform basic maintenance or housekeeping tasks when needed to maintain guest comfort. Respond to and resolve guest concerns promptly by working with the appropriate departments. Prepare and distribute end-of-day reports, ensuring accurate accounting records. Process payments, generate invoices, and reconcile transactions at the end of each shift. Address guest inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions. Physical ability to stand, walk, and lift up to 25 pounds as needed. Strong customer service skills with a guest-focused approach. Reasonable accommodations may be made to enable individuals with disabilities to perform the essential functions. Proven customer service experience with a strong guest-focused mentality Experience in hospitality is preferred but not required—we welcome applicants at all experience levels.
