Senior Data Scientist - Python, Machine Learning

Salary: $130,000 - 216,000 per year Requirements:

• US Citizenship is mandatory
• Bachelors degree is required
• Minimum of FIVE (5) years of experience in data science, engineering, and analytics
• At least TWO (2) years of experience in executing data-driven transformation initiatives
• Proficient in Python for data analysis, automation, and model development; familiar with libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, and scikit-learn
• Experience with data visualization tools and environments like R, PowerBI, MicroStrategy, and cloud analytics platforms
• Strong grasp of AI/ML technologies, data platforms, and analytics methodologies
• Experience in developing and delivering self-service data products and AI/ML solutions
• Proven ability to navigate the business development lifecycle
• Demonstrated experience in leading large-scale analytics and AI projects
• Excellent skills in collaboration, communication, facilitation, and relationship building

• Act as a trusted advisor on data strategy, governance, and modernizing analytics
• Lead projects from initial strategy to implementation, ensuring high-quality delivery and measurable results
• Design and manage AI/ML and analytics solutions using platforms like Databricks, Snowflake, and cloud services (Azure/AWS/GCP)
• Develop and refine Python tools and scripts for data analysis, automation, and reporting
• Implement methodologies like CRISP-DM, Agile Kanban, and human-centered design to achieve effective solutions
• Mentor cross-functional teams, encouraging innovation and continual learning
• Collaborate with stakeholders to convert business problems into actionable data solutions
• Support business development by writing proposals and pursuing strategic engagements
• Promote a culture of data literacy and usage through training, resources, and community sessions
