We originate, staff, and operate consumer brands and platforms in-house, across CPG, sports nutrition, health, and e-commerce. We build from scratch, run everything with our own operators, and share the work in public. The studio runs on three pillars: we build brands, we operate them daily, and we broadcast the process. Everyone here is an operator. The person in this role will be one too. The role We are hiring a Growth and Marketing Manager to own growth and marketing across the Outwork portfolio, hands on keys. This is a fully operational role: you will design campaigns, set strategy, execute across channels, report on performance, and speak directly with clients and partners. You will work cross-functionally with our creative and development teams to bring campaigns from concept to launch. This is a senior level position for someone who can operate independently, move quickly, and take full ownership of outcomes. What you will do Design, launch, and manage paid campaigns across Meta and Google, from strategy through creative briefing, buildout, optimization, and reporting Own email and SMS marketing, including campaign calendars, flows, segmentation, and deliverability (Klaviyo experience preferred) Develop and execute SEO and organic social strategies across portfolio brands Plan and manage content marketing initiatives in partnership with the creative team Build reporting dashboards and deliver clear, regular performance reporting to leadership, clients, and partners Communicate directly with clients and partners on strategy, results, and recommendations Collaborate with art and development teams on landing pages, creative assets, and site experiences Manage budgets, pacing, and channel mix to hit growth and efficiency targets What you bring 4+ years of hands-on growth or digital marketing experience, ideally in e-commerce or consumer brands Proven track record running paid social and paid search campaigns with meaningful budgets Working fluency in email marketing platforms, analytics tools, and ad platforms Strong analytical skills: you can read data, draw conclusions, and act on them Excellent written and verbal communication, comfortable presenting to clients and executives Self-directed and accountable: you manage your own workload and deliver without hand-holding Nice to have Shopify and BigCommerce experience WordPress and Elementor familiarity Experience using AI tools in marketing workflows Video editing or short-form content production skills Influencer and talent coordination experience Compensation & benefits Competitive salary Full benefits package Stock options Full time, onsite at Outwork HQ in Boca Raton, FL Outwork Industries is an equal opportunity employer.
