Hiring Experienced Automotive Technicians | No Weekends | $60K–$100K+ | Bonus Pay
Join Hunter’s Garage in Clearfield, PA : A Shop Built by a Technician, For Technicians, serving our communities for 31 years.
We used to be a 3-bay shop. But that's not the interesting part.
The interesting part is what we grew into!We're a crew of hard-working Auto Repair Nerds in Clearfield, PA. Now 8 bays and Still growing . Two more people joined our team this past year alone. We're looking for one more technician . Here's why they stayed:
What You Get (Up Front):
- No weekends — consistent schedule so you can have a life outside the shop
- Earn $60,000–$100,000+ per year
- Base pay of $25–$46/hour plus an aggressive, uncapped bonus structure
- Earn up to an additional $10/hour on every billed hour over 40

The Role:
We’re looking for a skilled and reliable technician who can confidently perform repairs across all vehicle systems and handle basic diagnostics and testing. This is a great opportunity for someone ready to advance their career in a professional, well-run shop.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of hands-on automotive technician experience
- Valid PA driver’s license and PA inspection license
- Strong work ethic with integrity and accountability
- Team-oriented mindset with good communication skills
- Willingness to continue learning and improving your craft
