Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Active Florida license in Speech-Language Pathology required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
• Previous experience in school-based environments valued
• Strong skills in communication, collaboration, and organization
• Comfort with managing caseloads of varying size and complexity
• Adaptability to serve students with a wide range of abilities, including low-incidence populations

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments for speech, language, and communication disorders
• Create, implement, and track individualized therapy plans
• Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and school staff
• Participate actively in IEP meetings and maintain accurate records
• Provide dynamic, in-person therapy sessions
• Support both transitional and ongoing student needs
