Brady Trucking is hiring Over-the-Road CDL-A Truck Drivers to haul freight across the U.S., offering a rewarding and consistent driving experience. Our drivers enjoy modern, well-maintained equipment designed for comfort, safety, and reliability. What We Offer: Average Pay: $1,800–$2,300 per week Miles: 2,800–3,500 per week (actual miles paid) Home Time: 3 weeks out, 1 week home Equipment: Late-model Peterbilts Western Stars (2020–2027) Freight: Mostly pneumatic, vac, and liquid trailers Fuel Network: EFS card, Loves locations preferred Dispatch: Forced dispatch with extended support hours Perks Benefits: Quarterly Safety Incentive Detention Pay $4,000 Driver Referral Bonus Health, Dental, Vision, and Life Insurance 401(k) with company match Rider Policy Pet Policy - (1) dog in a company vehicle that must not exceed 35 lbs Paid Orientation w/travel provided Driver Requirements: Valid Class A CDL required Must be at least 21 years of age Minimum of 6 months or 50,000 miles of verifiable tractor-trailer experience Pneumatic experience preferred Must pass a DOT physical and drug test SAP drivers accepted upon successful program completion No DUI, DWI, DWAI, or BAC-related convictions within the past 5 years (6-10 years may be considered on a case-by-case basis) No hit-and-run, leaving the scene of an accident, or failure to report an accident within the past 3 years No preventable accidents involving a fatality or bodily injury requiring treatment away from the scene No reckless driving violations within the past 3 years No speeding violations of 20+ MPH over the posted speed limit within the past 3 years No following-too-closely violations resulting in an accident within the past 3 years No more than 2 accidents in the past 36 months No more than 3 moving violations in the past 36 months Driving under suspension will be reviewed on a case-by-case basis Ready to join a team that understands the life of a trucker?
