Registered Nurse

RN – Outpatient Behavioral HealthWe are seeking a compassionate and detail-oriented Registered Nurse (RN) to join our well-structured outpatient behavioral health program. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in mental health or outpatient care and will thrive in a collaborative, patient-centered environment.Administer medications and monitor patient responses.Assist with nursing assessments and provide patient education.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of care.Support crisis management efforts and ensure patient safety protocols are followed.Collaborate with therapists, and other medical staff in treatment planning.Provide direct patient support in both group and individual therapeutic settings.Active, unrestricted RN license in the state of Virginia.Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience (behavioral health or outpatient preferred).Current BLS certification.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to adapt and work effectively in a multidisciplinary team setting.
