HR Generalist - Frankfort, KY

NeuLife Rehabilitation of Kentucky II, Inc. is seeking a dedicated Human Resources Generalist to support our growing neurorehabilitation organization in Frankfort, Kentucky.

Salary: $55,000-$65,000 annually Status: Full-Time, Exempt Benefits: Medical, Dental, Vision, 401(k), PTO, Paid Holidays, Company-Paid Life Insurance, Professional Development

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding
• Conduct new hire orientation and employee training
• Maintain employee files and HRIS records
• Support employee relations and performance management initiatives
• Assist with benefits administration and leave management
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company policies
• Conduct audits and maintain HR documentation
• Partner with managers on workforce planning and staffing needs
• Prepare reports and HR metrics for leadership

Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• 3+ years of HR experience
• Knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices
• HRIS experience preferred (iSolved a plus)
• Strong communication and organizational skills
