Fred Anderson Nissan of Asheville is looking for an outstanding part-time receptionist to cover our front desk area and phone lines with a proven track record in customer service to join our team.

Our Receptionist ensures guests are welcomed to the dealership immediately upon arrival in a warm, inviting, and professional manner. They will be responsible for answering phones, greeting customers, and some administrative paperwork.

This is a part-time role, up to 29 hours per week. Some Saturdays are required from 8am-5pm and weekday shifts will either be 11am-6pm or 12pm-6pm based on business needs. This is an hourly paid position at $16.50, paid weekly.

Responsibilities:

• Answering a multi-line phone system
• Greet and receive prospects and customers
• Direct customers to the correct department, and notify the appropriate person that a customer is waiting
• Work cooperatively with the sales and other internal teams
• Communicate with callers and visitors in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner
• Maintain a positive attitude
• Handling incoming and outgoing mail
• Clerical/admin work with the use of Google docs/sheets
• Other duties as assigned

Excellent listening and communication skills, outgoing and positive personality, strong listening skills, ability to handle a dynamic work environment, punctual nature, professional appearance, eager to improve on all aspects, valid driver's license and clean driving record.
