Senior Accountant We are partnering with a growing company seeking an accounting professional who thrives in a startup environment. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys owning operational accounting processes end-to-end while working closely with leadership and external partners. Duration: 3+ Month with potential to convert Location: North San Jose 5 Days Onsite Top 3 Critical Responsibilities Full-cycle hands-on AP/AR processing Responsible for all aspects of month-end close Payroll processing for ~75 employees Key Responsibilities Manage core accounting operations including bookkeeping, accounts payable, accounts receivable, and general ledger activities Lead monthly, quarterly, and annual close processes, including reconciliations and consolidations, ensuring compliance with US GAAP Serve as the primary day-to-day contact for auditors and external accounting firms Oversee tax reporting and compliance across U.S. and other international entities Support full procurement cycle from purchase order generation through vendor invoice processing Process monthly employee payroll Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal reporting requirements and tax filings Support FP&A by providing budget vs. actuals analysis Qualifications 5–10+ years of accounting experience Strong operational accounting background (GL, AP, AR, month-end close) Prior experience assisting with external audits Solid understanding of US GAAP Experience in a startup or high-growth environment strongly preferred NetSuite experience highly preferred Detail-oriented, hands-on, and comfortable wearing multiple hats #J-18808-Ljbffr
