Warehouse Associate (Order Picker) - Spanish required

We are hiring a dependable Night Shift Order Picker to support our warehouse operations. This role focuses exclusively on picking customer orders accurately and efficiently. Forklift experience is not required.

Key Responsibilities:

• Pick customer orders according to pick tickets or system instructions
• Verify product, quantity, and condition before staging orders
• Stage completed orders for loading
• Maintain accuracy and meet nightly productivity expectations
• Keep work areas clean, organized, and safe
• Follow all warehouse safety and company policies

Requirements:

• Warehouse or order picking experience preferred (not required)
• Ability to work night shift consistently
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand/walk for extended periods
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
• Forklift experience not required
• This position requires compliance with company safety policies, including a pre-employment drug screening.

Schedule:

• Full-time
• Sunday - Thursday (schedule may vary based on operations)
