Travel Nurse RN PCU - Progressive Care Unit (Omaha, Nebraska) MedPro Healthcare Staffing is seeking a travel Registered Nurse for a Progressive Care Unit assignment in Omaha, Nebraska. The assignment begins on 07/06/2026 and lasts 13 weeks (36 hours per week, 12‑hour night shifts), travel nursing. Responsibilities Provide care for patients in a progressive care unit, including acute and chronic conditions. Implement and monitor treatment plans, administer medications and therapies. Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and update care plans. Document patient progress, changes, and responses to therapy accurately. Educate patients and families about disease processes, treatments and self‑care strategies. Qualifications Active RN license in the state of employment. Degree from an accredited nursing program. BLS and ACLS certification. At least 18 months of recent experience in an acute care setting; oncology experience preferred (other requirements to be determined by client).
