In addition, weekly office hours and ongoing check-ins with the Chief Medical Officer during your first 90 days ensure you have guidance and support to help you grow in your role. Hiring Package Competitive base salary with productivity bonus 3 weeks paid time off 1 week sick time 1 week CME Annually (2,500 CME allowance) Schedule/Practice Details Monday- Friday Dialysis Clinics (2 or 3 days a week) Office/ Clinics (2 or 3 days a week) Eventual Equal weekend call Qualifications Master’s degree program in nursing or physician assistant studies with nationally recognized course content, formal clinical preparation with minimum hour standards per program requirements Competencies in advanced health assessment, physical examination, diagnosis, planning, and managing care including pharmacotherapeutics. Provide nursing expertise in diagnosis and treatment to prevent, remediate, or alleviate illness and promote health, thus, resulting in improved patient outcomes. Knowledge of patient assessment techniques including taking medical histories, performing physicals, evaluating health status including state of wellness, and compliance with care recommendations. Knowledge of diagnosing and treating medical problems and developing care plans. Knowledge of medical records documentation in a confidential manner.
