Responsible for the development of functional requirements, testing, training and implementation of applications.Essential Job FunctionsParticipates in the review, analysis and documentation of business systems and user needsResponsible for the collection, documentation and maintenance of functional requirements and modelingSupports the planning and execution of functional testingAssists in the development and delivery of training for end usersAssists in formulating and designing system scope and objective based on user needs and thorough understanding of business processesProvides technical guidance concerning business implications of application development projectsGathers and analyzes information and supports resolutions to address application or business issues for a specific business groupAssists in designing, planning, and coordinating work teamsRelies on experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goalsCollects and defines requirements, translates into functional design documents and participates in the technical design, test planning and user documentation processesParticipates in software design, prototyping, and testing of new or enhanced applicationsWorks with users and peers in planning, developing, implementing, and supporting new or existing applicationsAssists in training users on new or enhanced applicationsQualificationsBachelor's Degree preferred (preferably in MIS, IT, or Business)2-5 years' experience preferred. Excellent problem solving and analytical skillsExperience writing business requirements and functional specsDemonstrated knowledge of SDLC. Ultimate salary offered will be based on factors such as applicant experience and geographic location.
