Registered Nurse (RN) - Full-Time Nights

Location: Washington County Jail - Tennessee

Schedule: 3/4 12-Hour Night Rotation Every Other Weekend

Sign-On and Retention Bonus + Shift Diff

What You'll Do

• Deliver quality, hands-on nursing care while assessing patient needs and monitoring progress
• Administer medications safely and accurately
• Complete timely documentation and maintain detailed medical records
• Perform assessments, respond to emergencies, and provide clinical interventions
• Collaborate with providers to coordinate individualized patient care
• Practice confidently within Tennessee's Scope of Practice and Southern Health Partners' clinical guidelines
