Must-Have: - Regular attendance to perform work on site during scheduled business hours is required - Ability to work nights and/or weekends is required for identified positions - Two years of Surgical Tech experience - One year CVOR scrubbing experience - Must have at least one year of CV experience as a Surgical Tech

Description: Performs scrub duties and maintains sterile supplies and sterile technique. Assists in nursing care and preparation of surgical patients. Assembles, organizes and completes case carts according to preference lists. Provides appropriate instrumentation, suture, and all supplies as requested and maintains a sterile environment. Assists surgeon by passing instruments during procedures. Counts sponges, needles, blades, and instruments using proper technique and established policy. Assists in maintenance and care of specimens and prepares for laboratory analysis. Handles specimens, implants, dressings, soiled instruments, contaminated materials, and sharps in accordance with established policy and recommended standards of practice. Assists with timely turnover of rooms, including cleanup, replacement, and restocking of supplies and equipment. Cares for instruments and equipment. Promotes organization's mission, vision, and values and abides by service behavior standards. Performs other duties as assigned. May be required to float to other departments based on business need. May be required to be placed on-call during a regularly scheduled shift.
