Position Licensed Vocational Nurse - LVN Duration 6-month contract with possible extension or Perm. conversion Pay $36/hr. Schedule 40 hours weekly Day shift: 6 AM - 2 PM Noon shift: 2 PM - 10 PM Overview The Licensed Vocational Nurse (LVN) provides advanced vocational nursing care to individuals with intellectual disabilities and complex medical, mental health, and behavioral needs. This role is essential in ensuring high-quality, compassionate care while supporting the overall health, safety, and well-being of residents. Key Responsibilities Deliver direct patient care, including medication administration, treatments, and ongoing monitoring Educate patients on medications and care plans Maintain accurate and timely documentation of all care providedPerform computer-based data entry (training provided) Ensure full compliance with all regulatory and accreditation standards, including: ICF-IID Regulations DSSLC Policies and Procedures HHSC Standards and Guidelines Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to support patient outcomes Qualifications Active LVN license At least 2 years of recent LVN experience required Must be able to pass a background check and Drug Test #J-18808-Ljbffr
