Job Description

The company has been in business for over 60 years, recently expanded its facility, added new molding capacity and automation, and continues to invest heavily in engineering and manufacturing capabilities. The company, located in the Madison, WI area, is a custom injection molding manufacturer, employee-owned and growing significantly.

This role offers:

Ownership of projects from concept through production launch
Direct customer interaction and design-for-manufacturing collaboration
Exposure to tooling, product development, and manufacturing operations
Employee ownership through an ESOP
A highly visible engineering position with broad responsibility

Ideal role for engineers who have experience in injection molding, tooling, NPI, project management, or customer-facing product development.
