What You Bring
- 3+ years of Full?Service Restaurant GM experience
- Strong background in full?service operations with alcohol service
- Proven leadership skills you know how to build culture, not just manage it
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Solid understanding of P&L management and financial performance
