- Partner with hospital leadership on scheduling, client service, and workflow optimization
- Participate in community engagement and uphold a trusted, client-centered approach
- Contribute to occasional Saturday coverage as part of a shared rotation Requirements
- DVM/VMD (or equivalent) from an accredited institution
- License to practice veterinary medicine in Arizona (or ability to obtain prior to start)
- Eligibility to work in the United States
- Strong communication skills and a client-centered, compassionate approach
- Leadership experience or clear interest in medical leadership and mentorship
