Job Description

You will join a product team (2 PMs, 3 Product Designers, 6 developers) in full structuration.

This internship is an opportunity to work in tandem with Jeanne, Product Manager, on the product projects of the end of the year.

Concretely? You will be at the heart of the machine: prioritization, delivery, product specifications, coordination with all stakeholders (data, tech, design, business, mkt, research, ops…). And above all, you will work on the logic of user conversion → client, cross-sell and the in-app experience of our clients & prospects.

Delivery

• Follow from A to Z a product launch and accompany the PM on: the follow-up of the delivery with the technical team, the testing phase and the analysis phase post production.

• Pilot certain projects independently with the Design and Tech teams as well as the stakeholders of your project

Discovery

• Conduct user interviews and analyze the behavior of our users in the app to help prioritize new features / improvements

• Participate in the design of the design and technical specifications of the project

Run

• Be in support of PM to respond to daily requests regarding the product: handling of business and internal team requests, customer feedback, bugs...

Data / Tools

• Respond to ad-hoc data requests on the product

• Help optimize or create internal processes for the team

Profile Sought

Education : Bac +4/+5 (engineering school, business, or equivalent university)

• An interest in investment, wealth management… or the desire to learn!

• A first experience in a start-up or in a position in contact with development teams

• A sensitivity to Product and Tech

Your qualities :

• You know how to navigate between different internal stakeholders to ensure all teams are aligned (tech, business, ops, marketing, research, compliance, data...)

• You are rigorous and structured in your work

• You see the product (the desktop and mobile application) as a lever of conversion and cross-sell

• You like to dig into topics to find answers and take initiatives

• You are comfortable with technical topics: API, technical functioning of an application, data impacts...

Recruitment Process

• A first interview with Jeanne Besombes, Product Manager

• Followed by a practical case if your profile is retained

• Finally, you will come to present your practical case in our offices and meet the rest of the team
