Ten percent of contract value. No tiers to decode, no accelerators that never trigger. Hold your price and you keep the full 10% (discounted jobs pay 8%) - so your confidence in the product pays you directly.

The arithmetic on 48 working weeks:

Floor - 10 appts, 40% -> $1,767,000 per year contracts, $177,000 at 10%

Goal - 20 appts, 40% -> $3,534,000 per year contracts, $353,000 at 10%

The appointment, start to finish. Roll up. Walk the yard. Photograph it. Design it while they watch. Price it. Close it.
