This role partners closely with internal teams to support efficient purchasing processes and overall supply chain performance.This position reports to the Associate Purchasing Manager.Key ResponsibilitiesOrder & Vendor Management* Place purchase orders with suppliers in a timely and accurate manner* Communicate with suppliers to confirm orders, delivery timelines, and resolve issues* Participate in supplier calls and Microsoft Teams meetingsAdministrative & Data Management* Update and maintain purchase orders in company systems* Process and verify invoices related to purchasing* Maintain accurate records of transactions and order statusReporting & Analysis* Prepare and maintain purchasing reports in Excel (buy reports, tracking, etc.)* Assist with forecasting using PSI (Production, Sales, Inventory) data* Monitor open orders and flag potential delays or discrepanciesTeam Collaboration* Work effectively with team members to support purchasing operations and shared goals* Collaborate with internal departments to ensure alignment and responsiveness* Contribute to a positive, team-oriented work environment**Dein nächster Schritt -- mit Sicherheit:**Wenn Du Dein Interesse mitteilen möchtest, zögere nicht Dich zu bewerben.Nutze dazu unseren Button \"Jetzt Bewerben\".Du kannst auch jemanden weiterempfehlen.
