Energy Specialist - Customer Support

What you’ll do Talk to customers over the phone or via email, resolving their queries and, when required, engaging with other suppliers. Work in Operations, the core of our business, providing end‑to‑end customer service. Take full responsibility for all issues that arise, avoiding transfer loops and handling problems across the entire customer journey. Create solutions in a fast‑paced environment, adapting quickly to changes as the company grows. What you’ll need Fluency in Spanish strongly preferred. Prior energy experience not required – a passion for sustainability and world‑class customer service is essential. Highly motivated with strong drive to succeed. Proficient with MS Office Suite. Highly organised and energetic. Quick learner who follows instructions and follows through. Available to work Monday‑Friday, 9:00 am – 5:30 pm. Bonus points if you have Bachelor’s or Associate's Degree.
