Are you an experienced PCA looking for reliable, consistent hours with a stable schedule you can count on ? Right at Home Southern NH is actively hiring dedicated caregivers in Nashua to support our growing client base.

We offer long, steady shifts and predictable schedules -ideal for PCA's who prefer continuity with clients and dependable weekly hours.

Immediate Consistent Schedule Options (Pick One or More):

• 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (Day Shift)
• 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM (Overnight)
• 2:00 PM - 8:00 AM (Extended Overnight)
• Wed/Thurs/Fri: 1:00 PM - 5:00 PM

Build a consistent weekly schedule that works for you
Opportunity for full-time hours by combining shifts

Pay:

• $18.00 - $21.00/hour (based on experience)

What You'll Do:

As an experienced PCA, you'll provide high-quality, hands-on care to help clients remain safe and independent at home:

• Personal care (bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing)
• Mobility assistance and transfers
• Medication reminders/monitoring
• Meal prep and light housekeeping
• Companionship and engagement
• Observing and reporting changes in client condition

What We're Looking For:

• Previous PCA, caregiving, or healthcare experience required
• Strong reliability and commitment to consistent schedules
• Excellent communication and documentation skills
• Compassionate, professional, and client-focused mindset
• Valid driver's license & reliable transportation
• Ability to pass background check and screening

(CPR/First Aid is a plus!)
