Prior LPN experience is preferable, but we are willing to invest in the right candidate. Responsibilities As an LPN, you are the backbone of the Clinical Department. Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they expect at Northgate Care Center by administering medication and nursing care as directed by their individual care plans, conducting resident assessments, leading the team, and advocating for residents. Residents depend on your knowledge, skills, and attention to detail to stay comfortable and safe.
