Competitive Pay: $21.00 - $26.00 per hour Health, Dental, and Vision Insurance Flexible Schedule Paid Training & Career Development Opportunities for Growth Referral program Mileage reimbursement Paid sick time Paid time off What You’ll Do Implement Behavior Plans: Follow individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) developed by the supervising BCBA. Behavioral Support Strategies: Utilize behavior-analytic strategies such as Discrete Trial Training (DTT), Naturalistic Teaching, and Reinforcement Techniques to support clients. Data Collection & Documentation: Accurately track client progress and submit session notes in compliance with UTC policies. Client Engagement: Provide positive reinforcement and professional communication to encourage skill development and behavior improvement. Collaboration: Work closely with BCBAs, therapists, and caregivers to ensure consistency in intervention across all settings. Challenging Behaviors: Manage and address challenging behaviors according to individualized behavior plans and training. Confidentiality & Professionalism: Adhere to HIPAA regulations and maintain the highest standards of professional and ethical conduct. Ongoing Training: Participate in required training and continuing education opportunities to improve skills and knowledge.
