Enterprise Talent & Performance Programs Lead

Salesforce seeks a Senior Manager, Enterprise Performance & Talent to lead planning, delivery, and continuous improvement of enterprise talent programs beginning with promotions. You will own the program end-to-end, translating policy into practical workflows and ensuring timely, repeatable results across partners.
You will shape ongoing performance processes, integrating AI and agents to improve guidance, feedback, and support for employees and managers, while maintaining clear decision records.
