About the Role:

HomeWell Care Services is hiring compassionate In-Home Caregivers, Certified Nursing Assistants (CNAs), and Home Health Aides (HHAs) to provide one-on-one personalized care to seniors in Lake Orion. If you are dedicated to making a meaningful difference in the lives of older adults while enjoying a flexible schedule, we would love to connect with you!

Key Responsibilities:

Personal Care: Assist clients with daily living activities, including bathing, dressing, grooming, and mobility.

Companionship: Build meaningful relationships through conversation, emotional support, and engaging social activities.

Homemaking: Assist with light housekeeping, meal preparation, and maintaining a clean, safe environment.

Care Coordination: Observe, document, and report any changes in client health or status to the office care team.

Qualifications & Requirements:

CNA certificate, HHA certificate, or 1+ year of personal caregiving experience preferred (0–1 year accepted for motivated candidates).

High school diploma or equivalent.

Valid driver’s license, reliable personal vehicle, and current auto insurance.

CPR and First Aid certifications are a plus.

Strong communication skills and a compassionate, reliable demeanor.

Willingness to pass required background checks.
