About the Role:

We're seeking a Registered Nurse to join our dynamic team of healthcare professionals. As a Registered Nurse at Gulfside Health and Rehab, you'll be responsible for providing high-quality patient care to our residents, ensuring their physical, emotional, and social needs are met. You'll work closely with our interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized care plans, conduct assessments, and administer medications.

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct patient care to residents, including administering medications, conducting assessments, and developing care plans

• Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to ensure comprehensive care

• Participate in care conferences and contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives

• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient care

• Provide education and support to residents and their families

Requirements:

• RN certification or license to practice as a Registered Nurse in the state of Florida
