Replenishment Buyer

What the role is about The Replenishment Buyer manages inventory levels to ensure product availability, minimize stockouts and excess inventory, and support overall procurement efficiency through data analysis and supplier coordination. What you'll do Monitor inventory levels and demand to determine replenishment needs Create and manage purchase orders in line with company policies and supplier agreements Work with suppliers to ensure on‑time delivery and resolve any issues Track orders and shipments to maintain continuity of supply Analyze inventory trends, usage, and lead times to improve stock levels Partner with warehouse, logistics, and planning teams to align supply with demand Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce costs Maintain accurate procurement and inventory records in ERP systems Flag and escalate potential supply risks or delays What you’ve accomplished Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience) 3+ years of experience in procurement, inventory, or supply chain operations Familiarity with ERP systems (Business Central) preferred Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills Proficiency in Excel Strong organizational and communication skills Cannabis industry experience highly preferred Experience with wholesale disposeable and/or custom print experience beneficial Key Competencies Attention to detail Ability to manage multiple priorities Proactive, solution‑oriented approach Strong teamwork and collaboration Comfort working with data to support decisions Benefits Competitive pay ($75,000‑$85,000 annually) Medical, dental, vision, 401(k), HSA/FSA, dependent care, life insurance Paid time off and employee discounts Remote role operating in EST; ideal candidate located on the east coast EEO Statement Vireo Health, Inc. is an equal opportunity employer, and all qualified applicants will receive consideration for employment without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws. #J-18808-Ljbffr
