Learn more at Key Responsibilities: Read and interpret construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Measure, mark, and cut building materials to precise specifications. Install, repair, and maintain both rough and finish carpentry structures. Safely and efficiently use hand and power tools. Inspect finished work for accuracy and quality. Transport materials between multiple job sites as needed. Collaborate with subcontractors, architects, and vendors. Maintain a clean and safe work environment. Meet project schedules without compromising craftsmanship. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices. Qualifications: Proven 5+ years of experience as a carpenter or similar role in construction. Advanced knowledge of carpentry tools, techniques, and standard framing. Willingness to train and mentor others. Ability to supply your own carpentry tools. Ability to read and understand technical diagrams and blueprints. Physical ability to lift 75 lbs., stand, kneel, bend, climb ladders, and work hands-on. Professionalism, efficiency, and courtesy in all work settings. Reliable transportation, valid driver's license, and auto insurance. Commitment to safety, compliance, and high standards of work. Strong time-management, communication, and problem-solving skills. Education and Training Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent. Additional professional training or certification in carpentry preferred.
