Basic Job Functions:
Respective candidate will be a member of a high performance, self-directed work team; in a PC-networked based environment. The Commercial Analyst will manage multiple tasks in a dynamic environment. Some of these tasks include various types of data analysis and sales reporting, develop market plan and production/sales forecast, review sales orders in cost model, and written market updates. Daily interaction with the sales team, managers, and Nucor teammates enterprise wide will be required. The Commercial Analyst must be able to perform well under pressure, meet aggressive deadlines and be adaptable to changing priorities . Safety is the most important part of all jobs within Nucor; therefore, candidates must be able to demonstrate the ability to initiate, lead, and uphold safety policies, practices, procedures, and housekeeping standards at all times.
Minimum Qualifications:
4 year Bachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business preferred or commensurate experience.
2-5 years financial or manufacturing related experience.
