Close Date: December 28, 2026 at 11:59 PM UTC Winstead PC is seeking a 5- 7 year associate with experience in both oil and gas transactions and litigation to join our Energy practice group in Austin, Dallas, Fort Worth, Houston or The Woodlands. The ideal candidate will have experience in the following areas: Oil and Gas: Experience in oil and gas litigation and transactions. Candidates with oil and gas title background is preferred but not required. Writing skills: Candidates should be proficient at complex legal drafting and client communication. Strong academics: Candidates should have strong academic credentials Why Winstead?
