Call Center AgentRiverton Chevrolet located in South Jordan, UT is now hiring a Call Center Agent to handle inbound/outbound scripted calls and appointment setting for Service. You will be an integral part in helping drive traffic to the dealership. Call center experience is required. Immediate training and ongoing support are provided. Please apply!Job ResponsibilitiesHandling both inbound and outbound scripted calls to current Riverton Chevrolet customersAnswering customer questions and addressing concerns with honesty and accuracyUpdating CRM with customer informationQualifications/RequirementsConfident and professional phone mannerStrong record of positive customer satisfaction resultsSelf-motivated, persuasive, and upbeat personality is a MUST!Coachable and trainableMust be flexible and able to work between the hours of 7:00 AM to 6:00 PMAdditional Information Pay is hourly base pay + bonuses + benefits + paid training and moreClosing RemarksRiverton Chevy is a family owned company and is well known for having the highest paid BDC in all of Utah.
