Join Our Healthcare Team as a Physical Therapist
Our organization is looking for a committed Physical Therapist to become part of our Healthcare & Medical Services team. In this position, you will assess and provide treatment for patients facing a variety of conditions, creating tailored rehabilitation plans aimed at enhancing function, mobility, and independence.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Conducting evaluations and implementing treatment strategies for patients.
- Developing personalized rehabilitation plans to meet individual needs.
- Working collaboratively with a multidisciplinary team.
- Educating patients and their families about treatment processes and progress.
- Documenting patient progress and outcomes effectively.
