Step into a dynamic RN role in a high-acuity progressive care unit where you'll deliver expert, patient-centered care as adults transition from critical to stepdown status in an acute-care environment. With two years of RN experience, you'll assess, monitor, and manage complex patients, collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, and apply ACLS, BLS, and NIHSS certifications to support optimal outcomes. You'll work 12-hour night shifts with a thorough orientation to help you ramp up quickly, plus an every-other-weekend rotation that supports a balanced lifestyle. Requirements:

• 75 mile radius rule. Must be 75 miles from facility to address on traveler's driver's license
• Must provide a copy of the driver's license in the submit email
• 2 years of Stepdown experience in an acute care setting
