- Answer and route incoming phone calls
- Schedule, reschedule, and confirm appointments
- Verify insurance and collect co-pays
- Manage patient records and update information in EMR
- Handle scanning, faxing, and general administrative duties
- Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
- Coordinate with clinical staff to ensure smooth patient flow
- Previous medical office experience preferred
- Familiarity with EMR systems (experience preferred)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced setting
- Professional appearance and positive attitude
- Bilingual (Spanish) is a plus but not required
- $18 – $24 per hour (DOE)
- Full-time and part-time positions available
