Audit Manager (Commercial Focus)Are you ready to take your auditing career to the next level? We're seeking an experienced Audit Manager (Commercial Focus) to oversee audit engagements and provide strategic insights that help clients thrive. This is your chance to join a growing and respected firm where your leadership, technical expertise, and client-focused approach will make a real difference.What You'll be Doing:Lead and manage commercial audit engagements from start to finish, ensuring quality and compliance.Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.Supervise, mentor, and develop audit staff while fostering a collaborative team environment.Perform risk assessments and develop audit strategies to address key business challenges.Review financial statements and internal controls to ensure accuracy and regulatory compliance.Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance efficiency and value for clients.Stay current on industry regulations and emerging trends to provide expert guidance.Who We're Looking For:Bachelor's degree in Accounting (CPA strongly preferred).5+ years of progressive audit experience, including 2+ years in a supervisory role.Strong understanding of auditing standards, GAAP, and industry regulations.Excellent communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills.Proficiency with accounting software and Microsoft Office Suite.A proactive problem solver who can balance technical expertise with a client-service mindset.(Candidates with 10+ years of experience and CPA credentials may qualify for a higher salary range.)What Our Client Offers:Competitive salary of $85K–$95K+ DOEComprehensive benefits package including health, dental, vision, retirement, and PTOOpportunities for professional development and career advancementA supportive and collaborative team culture where your contributions are valuedExposure to diverse clients and industries for continued learning and growthReady to make a greater impact with your auditing expertise?
