Founding Full Stack Software Engineer - Senior/Staff

• Design, build, and maintain full stack applications, from front-end interfaces to scalable back-end systems
• Develop APIs, microservices, and cloud-based architectures
• Collaborate with founders to define technical strategy and align it with business goals
• Contribute to the technical roadmap, focusing on scalability, reliability, and performance
• Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code across the stack
• Help shape engineering culture and establish software development best practices

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience as a full stack or back-end engineer
• Track record of shipping high-quality products
• Proficiency with modern front-end frameworks such as React, Angular, or Vue.js
• Proficiency with back-end frameworks such as Node.js, Django, Flask, or Ruby on Rails
• Strong understanding of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
• Experience with containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes
• Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL and MySQL
• Experience with NoSQL databases such as MongoDB and DynamoDB
• Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and infrastructure-as-code tools
• Proficiency in programming languages such as JavaScript, Python, Java, Ruby, Go, or TypeScript
• Experience in early-stage startups or lean teams is a plus
