Ready to stop being "just an associate" — without taking on all the risk of going solo?
Smile Fairy is looking for an experienced general dentist ready to grow into practice ownership, backed by a dental partnership group that runs the business side. You'll work alongside a 20-year veteran dentist with a loyal, established patient base and a great team. You focus on patient care — we handle HR, billing, marketing, and compliance.

✅ WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
- DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
- Active Florida dental license (or eligibility)
- 7+ years of clinical experience
- Genuine interest in ownership and long-term growth
- Strong communication and team skills
