About the Role
The Company is seeking a Vice President of Food and Beverage to join their team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the overall planning and direction of F&B operations, with a strong focus on ensuring a positive guest experience. This role involves developing and administering operating and capital budgets, conducting detailed management and operational analyses, and maintaining the quality and specifications of all food products. The VP will also be tasked with controlling labor and food cost percentages, monitoring profit and loss statements, and recommending operational enhancements to support the company's initiatives. Applicants for the Vice President of Food and Beverage position at the company should have a BS/BA degree in a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience, and at least 10 years' of related experience. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word is required, as is the ability to effectively communicate with guests and employees. The role demands a candidate with a commitment to excellence, the ability to deliver a service level that creates a memorable entertainment experience for guests, and a strong background in strategic leadership and direction for food and beverage outlets. The VP will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all relevant health, safety, and licensing requirements, as well as for the development and management of the food and beverage leadership team.
