Job Location: Mantua Township, New Jersey Company: The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township Job Summary We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team at The Center for Rehabilitation & Nursing at Washington Township. Responsibilities Provide direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse, including administering medications, monitoring vital signs, and performing treatments as prescribed by physicians. Develop and implement individualized care plans in collaboration with interdisciplinary team members. Conduct patient assessments, identify areas of concern, and report findings to registered nurses and other healthcare professionals. Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient care, treatments, and progress. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, including physicians, therapists, and social workers, to ensure comprehensive care. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to improve patient outcomes and satisfaction. Maintain infection control and safety standards in accordance with facility policies and regulations. Requirements Current LPN licensure in the state of New Jersey. High school diploma or equivalent required; degree or diploma in nursing preferred. Minimum of 0 years of experience; new graduates welcome to apply. Ability to work effectively in a fast‑paced environment with multiple priorities. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong observation, assessment, and problem‑solving skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
