Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate Base pay: $16.00/hr – $23.00/hr. Location: 8340 W Mcdowell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85037. Job Summary Join Sam’s Club as a Freezer, Cooler and Deli Stocker Associate. Keep shelves stocked, maintain sanitary conditions, and provide excellent customer service in a fast‑paced environment. Responsibilities Ensure high-quality products are stored correctly, temperature controlled, and expired dates verified. Stock shelves, pack ready-to-sell items, and maintain organized displays. Keep the work area clean, sanitized, and member‑ready. Conduct safety sweeps, follow forklift spotting procedures, and handle hazardous materials safely. Assist members with locating merchandise, provide deli services, and resolve concerns. Follow company policies on food handling, cold chain procedures, and equipment maintenance. Complete required audits, documentation, and reporting of issues. Minimum Qualifications Must be 18 years of age or older. Ability to communicate with members and team members. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow safety procedures. Preferred Qualifications Experience with stocking or customer service. Comfortable with change and quick adaptation.
